• From Route 16 Spaulding Turnpike, either direction, take Exit 9
• Bear right at the end of the ramp and head east towards intersection of 108
• Take a left at the lights onto Route 108 North (Comfort Inn on the left).
• Continue 2.3 miles north towards Rochester.
• Pinewood Physical Therapy is in the Pinewood Medical Center on your right, just past The Works Athletic Club.

We are located in the lower level of the Pinewood Medical Center building.

Our building is handicapped accessible with convenient parking for the disabled near our entrance.  You may park in the upper lot or circle around the building to the Pinewood Physical Therapy entrance.
